At Ebike Solution, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the e-bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for oversized items.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
